Review on eG Enterprise by Jonathan Yang

I like that it allows me to monitor all of my servers in one place. It is easy for me to view logs and alerts about any issue that may come up. There are several different ways to configure alerts. I have been able to set them up to be sent via email or SMS. This was very helpful in our remote work environment. The interface can be improved. I would prefer if there were more options to customize the layout of this screen. I also do not like how it shows me information about other servers in the same data center as mine. This makes it difficult to determine what server is causing an issue. Also, when you search for a specific error message, it does not list all results. We use this software to monitor our servers and alert us to any issues we might face.
