This product was so loose on me. Amaz told me to take a size up if it's half a size. And that's not true. I had to melt shoes in a conventional oven. Warning: do not put it in a conventional oven. It's scary, but the one I had was perfect for it. It can be left in the sun. Or put it in the dryer. so it fits your size. And walk around in it for about an hour or else it gets hot but it sticks to your feet.
