Small portable 2nd screen

I needed a second screen for my small desktop that I use when I'm working on the couch and not in the office. Traditional monitors were too big for my small desk. I also liked the idea of having something portable. So if I was traveling or wanted to work in a co-working space, I wouldn't miss a second screen. The monitor was easy to set up, I connected it to HDMI via mini-HDMI at work. a laptop which I also connected to my other laptop using USB-C to USB-C and both worked fine recognizing the monitor immediately. I don't play, so I didn't use it for that. The sound quality isn't great, but I don't really use it for that, I just set up the sound from my computer's speakers. The included stand/case is fine. I haven't been able to keep it upright for life but I like that it covers the screen when I put it in my work bag but it's not protective so I need a case for it too so more $$. I also found it too low on a desk, but I feel the same way on my laptop too, which is why I have stands to elevate both. So I bought another stand which makes it perfect and portable but there aren't many suitable monitors of this size so you have to shell out another $25. It all works and I love it, but the cost is really $169. for the screen, then another $25 for the stand plus the matching protective case.
