Review on Sony WH-CH400 Wireless Headset/Headphones: With Mic for Phone Calls, Sleek Gray Design by Justin Zilinskas

I used to have 2 pairs of these shoes. I lost one and the other was completely worn out. They WERE great but the new pair I just took out of the box are not the same despite the model number being there. The materials are much cheaper and there is almost no padding. They are so uncomfortable that I will probably send them back. Not cool Sony. If it is not the same product, change the quantity and packaging. I am extremely disappointed.
