The sound is excellent. The battery life is not what they claim. But the biggest issue I have and will try to get a refund is that the headphones (where the power button is) keep squeaking and squeaking and despite cranking the volume up, the beeping and squeaking goes right through the headphones. Sound only through these headphones. The product seems to have been poorly finished but what I don't know is if ALL are like that. Unfortunately, Radio Shack sent me a new one - only AFTER I sent them what I have. I will NEVER do this, but I will give them my credit card number so I can mail them (at their expense only) the issue through the box IF I GET A REPLACEMENT. Radio Shack refuses to do this. So I use my warranty and get a new one like that. It's a shame because the product ticks all of my boxes, but the sound of a poorly assembled product is just stunning.
