I didn't like the cord hanging down and it was able to get in.

I've been looking for this for years - I had a set until it "broke" - I've been looking for years and decided on one of those little radios with headphones. I didn't like the dangling cord and it would get in my way when trying to garden. I am so grateful to the person who told me to search the internet and I will probably find them. I'm so glad I did and you had them. I've enjoyed them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to do something wireless.

Headphones always on, but last for many months

Used very well for a few months but broke today and now hangs constantly. When I put new batteries in, it turns back on immediately. Even got stuck at the AM station forever. None of the switches work, including the LOCK slider. It happened during a heavy thunderstorm. This is the fourth in 10 years and I've just ordered another one because digital AM/FM headphones are a real rarity in physical stores, even online. Great digital radio headset! And using it as headphones via an aux input is great! Provides superior signal reception comparable to RadioShack's pocket digital radio. And very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is that, oddly enough, the AUX input is on the back of the left earcup and not on the top, side or bottom: this doesn't make it very comfortable to use while lying down or in the seat with a headrest only for headphones (no AM or FM radio) unless you use a rectangular adapter with…

Good sound, but still not a great experience

The sound is excellent. The battery life is not what they claim. But the biggest issue I have and will try to get a refund is that the headphones (where the power button is) keep squeaking and squeaking and despite cranking the volume up, the beeping and squeaking goes right through the headphones. Sound only through these headphones. The product seems to have been poorly finished but what I don't know is if ALL are like that. Unfortunately, Radio Shack sent me a new one - only AFTER I sent…
