Update: The zipper broke after a few months. :(I have this cotton cover for my Queen Rose maternity pillow and it fits better than the Queen Rose branded cover that came with it. This cover is much easier to put on and take off. Not sure how it will hold up. I wash it often, as i have only had it for a few weeks but i think it will hold up well the only downside is the case itself is not very soft a bit more scratchy but much cooler than the velor which came with a cushion, so for me it was worth it.If the fabric was a little softer and more cooling this would be the perfect product.
