The nose wire seems to work fairly well as I wear glasses and fogging can be an issue. I don't know how convenient it will be if you have to work very long hours. I usually have problems with elastic ear bands that hurt my ears after a few hours. They seem to be very stretchy so this might work. If you're a vaccinated person like me and think it's stupid to wear a mask, you might be interested to know that you can cut out the innermost layer and make it more breathable. Even with the inner layer intact, it feels as breathable as any mask I've tried.
