Knots gone! in Wellness & Relaxation

Love this massager! Not only do I use it day and night (still works), but I also use the car attachment (Hello, has anyone been driving for a long time? ;-) to let others relax a bit. And it's not expensive at all! Worth the investment. My friends and family just melt into it when they use it and so do I. Notes ** 1 - It has a speed and cannot be increased or decreased. It's pretty intense, so lean your back against it slightly at first to see how much kneading you need. Plus, it comes with a cover in case you want a little extra padding between you and the machine. 2-One side of me is noticeably a little tighter than the other, but since you have wrist straps you can pull them down to pinpoint exactly where they need to be for your pain. 3-Exercising too hard for too long may cause pain or bruising. Please be careful not to put it directly on your spine. The heat turns on automatically when you start. So if you don't want that great heat, just press the heat button and it turns off. There is a button that changes the direction of the balls. They really do feel like hands hitting the right spots. I'm sure I look a little crazy changing as many positions for this thing as possible (it's not that easy to keep up when you're multitasking lol. Just adjust it to your comfort zone.) Me use it on my shoulders/neck. , back, thighs, buttocks, calves, even my head (be careful with that. I'm a go-getter lol), arms and hands. I would recommend this to anyone who has lumps or inflamed areas. It takes 15 minutes each time, but trust me if you have time you will be there for at least half an hour. If not 5 minutes, it's still good for the body. I see it as self care. To attempt! Enjoy!
