These are entry-level headphones. Upon receipt and after many attempts at charging and trying to pair the right channel with the left, it became clear that the right earbud was not working upon arrival. Nothing I've tried has made him wake up. I'm convinced it never worked - at least not after they posted it. The manual is printed in 4 pt text. Hard to read without a magnifying glass. The quality of the manual was only surpassed by the quality of the headphones and the lack of tech support. I left a voice message on the company phone system. I sent them an email with the problem. I even sent a message through Revain. It's been ten days and they still haven't replied to me. Pay a few bucks more for better headphones. There are many of them. If I were to buy these headphones I would be upset. I would use Revain's 30 day return policy. Don't buy this one - even if it worked, you can't contact the manufacturer (or retailer) if you have any problems, and judging by the quality of this product, the instructions, and the support, you're going to be disappointed pretty quickly.
