Upon receipt and after many attempts at charging and trying to pair the right channel with the left, it became clear that the right earbud was not working upon arrival. Upon receipt, I checked the case and made sure it was charged (four lights), the Earbuds were dead. Put the earbuds back in and make sure both are ready to charge. The case was dead the next day, as were the earbuds, so we used the included charging cable and took some time to properly seat the earbuds to accept a charge.
