They work great and I use them every day. I had to sync them, but it was a small task. I've never owned a pair of headphones or anything expensive. I've only had cheaper ones like these and they're comparable. So I don't know if the rest of the people who gave low ratings experienced something mind blowing to outshine them, but they work really well for me. The only thing I can say is that they have a range of 30-40 feet, but I keep my phone in my pocket while my hands are free. No problem for me.
