These headphones connect quickly and easily to my wife's iPhone. They are comfortable to wear and easy to use. There weren't too many instructions. The sound is very good. The charging system is unfamiliar to me. The buds are placed in the box they come in and aligned with the pins. When all four blue lights are on, they are charging. It doesn't say whether you leave them plugged in or unplug them after charging. The top blue light on the case will flash when unplugged for a short period of time to indicate it needs to be charged! They come with 3 sizes of headphones. After trying to use them, it turned out that if you don't store the headphones in the case and the case is plugged into an outlet, they lose their charge no matter how long they charge. If anyone knows how to fix this I would appreciate information. If this company wants to be successful, they need better guides or videos.
