Received today so can't comment on durability but they are small. They seem ok to wash a plate or two but not big enough to wipe down a table/table. I checked the size again after saturating it with water and they say it is the size. I guess I didn't realize they were that much smaller. They are. My mistake. I will use them but wouldn't recommend them for large jobs. This is an update as I have been using these sponges for a few weeks now. They're smaller than I'm used to, but for some reason they seem cleaner than the sponges I've used. They are bright yellow but after a while my other sponges got dirty and no matter what I did they didn't come back clean even after being washed in the dishwasher. They go back to their new color and shape and I use my sponges for everything. I have decided that I really like them and will buy them again. A good product.
