This item is perfect. The warming warmth in two zones and the alternating vibration massage are so pleasant after a long day. Very relaxing and amazing all my muscle pains are gone after using it. I even use it on the soles of my feet and it works great. This is not a shiatsu massager, it vibrates and pulsates. So I was a bit skeptical. But I bought one for the family for Christmas and they loved it and after other failed attempts with other products I gave it a try. So glad I did. A very soft pad with a cushion and a strap at the back so you can attach it to your chair. It won't cause problems with my neuropathy, it won't hurt like therapy, it won't cause discomfort if you have osteoarthritis. And while the heating element isn't as warm as a heating pad, it's warm enough. When I need extra warmth in a certain area, I just place my heating pad on it and still feel the relaxing vibrations. Highly recommend this item for aching muscle aches and pains in legs, neck and shoulders.
