My husband needed my help installing this new light but it wasn't difficult. You may need an extra hand. It's well made and all the parts are included, even a mini Phillips screwdriver. Being a full 12" square, it easily hid the marking from my old round mount. Great improvement in appearance. It takes two standard 60w E26 lightbulbs, but you can increase this by using LEDs if you wish. I only have frosted LEDs. , but I ordered some warm white transparent Edison bulbs for a better look. Since these lights don't touch much, they should last for many, many years or until you get tired of the look. Stylish design that fits most spaces. 5 stars for quality, design and functionality.
