The cap on this hair dryer is so tight that it hurts to leave it on until your hair has dried. I gave up after a few minutes because it was very painful. It's also the loudest hair dryer I've ever used. The hair dryer vibrates so much that it flies over the table I put it on. I had to put a pad underneath to reduce the noise and keep it from flying off the table. The connection between the hood and hose is so hard to snap into place I thought I couldn't set it up. It was just as hard to tell when I was done. This dryer will definitely be sent back as I can't stand using it. This is the worst hair dryer I've ever used. One star is too high a rating.
