The cap on this hair dryer is so tight that it hurts to leave it on until your hair has dried. I gave up after a few minutes because it was very painful. It's also the loudest hair dryer I've ever used. The hair dryer vibrates so much that it flies over the table I put it on. I had to put a pad underneath to reduce the noise and keep it from flying off the table. The connection between the hood and hose is so hard to snap into place I thought I couldn't set it up. Poor quality item. On first use, the adhesive holding the tube to the cap broke and the tube detached from the cap. Unfortunately I have used it past the return period and now have a product that I need to try and fix to make it work. I would not recommend buying this product.

I only opened it 30 days ago but I've only used it once. The second time the tube came loose from the cap. Very cheap version. 5 year warranty but you have to pay to send it back. The label is not offered. REST IN PEACE! A year later, the hose detached from the device. I can't glue it together. 🙁

I am a black woman with 3c/4a natural hair. I bought this dryer primarily for deep conditioning, but I also use it to twist dry and wash my hair when I don't have time to air dry. This dryer gets very hot, which I like, but you can turn it off to the warm setting. It's lightweight and easy to use. Honestly, I have no complaints about this dryer. So far it has served its purpose very well. I am happy with my purchase!

Terrible. Bought on 3/5/17. Today 03/14/17, on the third use of this product, it broke. Hose disconnected from source. It wasn't pulled or anything, it just came loose. The heat seems to have melted whatever was holding it there (like the glue). It's badly done.

I purchased this item on 03/24/2018 and am writing a review on 05/2019, I curl my hair daily or at least 320 days out of 356. I'm in need of a new dryer, at this point the hose separated from the cap.
