First, where does the F stand for "insulated" bag? That's why I bought it, but no bag looks insulated. Is it just me? This backpack. I'm a nurse and work at home healthcare. I usually work 12 hour shifts. So I take a lot of things to work. This bag can take a lot! Small things, but in general I fit notebooks, binders, a laptop, a water bottle, a Thermos for coffee, snacks, a pencil case, extra change of clothes, gear for work, lotion, a small bag for lunch, I can go on and on, the strap is also adjustable, I'm considering a gift for my dad, is definitely worth the money.
