I used these bulbs in diy pendant lights for a small off-grid cabin. They worked well and provided adequate light for the price. Appearance on and off is excellent and the glass jacket itself is so small the bulbs are compatible with about any kind of shade you could think of. In fact, if you are out in the mountains of Payson, AZ, expect to wear a Columbia (or equivalent) fleece underneath it. A little disappointed that these only last about 3 months and then stop working. They work great st first but then spin less and less till they finally die. I’m using these to circulate air inside my humidor. So maybe they’re just made to be used in an environment with 65% humidity. Now I’m using USB fans instead which appear far superior.
