This product is a complete letdown .As my tests showed, the variable opening feature doesn't work as it should and it is not reliable at all. The plastic is flimsy and doesn`t hold up in any industrial or scientific environment. The only positive aspect is its compact size, but that's not enough to compensate for the product's numerous flaws. save your money and invest in a better quality clamping solution..

Pros
  • Lightweight and easy to handle
Cons
  • Some little things

Fantastic Grip Clamps

These Bessey Plastic VarioClippix Variable Opening grip clamps are excellent for holding objects in place .Industrial and Scientific in design these clamps are easy to use and securely grip just about anything. When I tried this product, one thing that impressed me was the variable opening feature that allows me to adjust the size of the clamp for objects of different thicknesses. The only downside to these clamps is that they can be a bit difficult to release at times, but it`s a small price…

Pros
  • Excellent grip, variable opening feature
Cons
  • Can be difficult to release at times

Even their standard spring clamps have pads that are barely attached to the device and never come off when you actually try to use them. In other words, they reliably
