Review on Copper Power Endich Treatment Freshwater by Andrea Miller

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Doesn't work well outdoors.

Works great in an isolated tank but ineffective in an open pond. UV light from partial sunlight and Florida's warm climate quickly evaporate this substance to stay in the water long enough to solve the problems you're dosing water for. I couldn't keep the copper level above 0.5 ppm in a 200 gallon pond after dumping two bottles in it. It worked great when I put this stuff in a 5 gallon hospital tank that I use to treat fish. I would like to use this material, but it is too expensive to continue using it in an open pond. The iron level stayed at 1 ppm for only one day and began to drop sharply until copper was detected in the water 2 days later.
