I want to know why the vendor doesn't mention that these items aren't certified for use in 2022 and therefore aren't covered by the warranty. If the guarantee still applies, how do you plan on fixing the problem? The problem has been fixed, the headphones have been returned, and the money has been given back. They said there was a problem with the delivery. Advantages that vary: It aches to wear these for long periods of time, but they perform their job and raise no problems about the headphones themselves (albeit the case on the front side is little damaged, but they were packaged). The music sounds great, and the call quality is outstanding. Negatives: I didn't think wearing them hurt, and I was right. I tried them on for a half an hour to make sure they wouldn't hurt, and sure enough, that's when the discomfort sets in. Millimeter adjustments are useless once they are on properly. I called customer service to see if I could get replacement overlays for them (I had read that doing so would fix the problem; currently, I'm making do with small ones, which don't fit well and are too rigid), but they identified the headphones as being from the United Arab Emirates and stating that they were not certified in 2022.
