I had no trouble signing up. A code is included, you simply enter it on the provided website, create an account, answer a few questions and you're good to go. I have been following natural family planning as a contraceptive method for 10 years. I've been able to avoid pregnancy when I wanted to and got pregnant twice when I wanted to, so I 120% believe in it and recommend it. I never bothered to take my temperature so this was a new routine to learn. However, the app sends a reminder at night to put a thermometer near your phone and sends another in the morning to remind you to build that habit. It takes about 30 seconds to know the temperature and then a beep will sound. I wish there were fewer beeps, 2 would be enough in my opinion. I'm often in a hurry to shove it under the covers because it will definitely wake up my husband or the baby who climbed into my bed at night. The application is full of useful educational information. Even after 10 years of getting to know my body, I still find this information very helpful and have learned a lot. Overall I think $90 is great for a year of getting to know your body naturally. I've been on birth control for 8 years and my body was so relieved it stopped. I recommend taking ovulation tests with you so that the app can get to know you and your cycle better.
