After a week of ownership I have mixed feelings about this product. PROS: * Reasonable price for performance * Easy BT pairing * Can be used individually or both at the same time * Good call quality, no distortion problems * Works for several hours (the longest I wore was 4 hours) * The case has a built-in charger. CONS: * Bass is a bit unimpressive and on par with the $10 Panasonic wired headphones I own. At least the mids/highs are decent. * There are issues with lip syncing when watching YouTube or Netflix, which lags up to half a second, which is enough for it to be noticeable and annoying. Solution. Stop and start the video/movie several times for better synchronization. This can be improved by reducing audio latency. The outer edge of my ear presses against the round part of the speaker just below the cushion that goes in my ear. I assume that's because this style pivots vertically and the earhook snaps into place. And after a while my ear gets red and hurts too much to wear. I will probably return it for a refund. I've been thinking about gifting something, but I don't want it to happen to a relative or friend. EDIT (10/24/2020): I have decided to return this for a refund.
