I wore this every night and day and it was fine at first until I started losing feeling in my thumb and then I added this product. Exactly where it hits the nerve in my thumb that cuts off airflow. Now, every time I hit a certain spot, whether I'm turning the steering wheel or trying to open something, my thumb goes completely numb. It can be wrapped around the wrist or arm, but I wouldn't recommend using it most of the time.
