If you have a large dog that pulls, this is a lifebuoy. My pup is about 80 pounds and has been going through a period of anxiety. We did a lot of positive training sessions that helped a lot, but he still had no control over his gait. He would fall and bark at people and other dogs on a leash. I was very hesitant to purchase this collar but it came highly recommended and I am very glad I let go of my fear of it and decided to purchase it. You need to make sure it fits and is positioned correctly, and don't put pressure on your dog's leash unless you make a quick correction. I honestly don't even correct him, I let him do it himself. It changed the way he reacts to things around him. He does not pull on the leash, behaves calmly and relaxed towards dogs and people. He doesn't shy away at all when we put him on. Now he likes to go for walks without being so stressed.
