I ordered this during quarantine, because I saw how bored my cats were during the day! LolIt arrived ahead of schedule, and was packed really well, with everything included (even had the correct size Allen wrench included). The instructions were easy to follow IF you read them completely. The columns all appear similar, but a couple have a bolt protruding from the top (very easy to confuse if you don’t pay attention). Another thing that surprised me is that the cat "houses” are actually collapsible and arrive flat. So whenever I eventually pack it up to move one day it will be easy and not take up much room.Once set up, I of course ignored both it and the cats. (I’ve made the mistake in the past of showing a toy off to the cats, which of course means they ignore it forever. I set it up yesterday. They found it within 30 minutes, and have since then only left it to eat and poop. Two kitty cat thumbs up!
