Most definitely recommend

I love the fact that it was no hassle getting on and was true to size. I wanted more of a compression so I went a size down. When I first put it on I needed some help but after that I was able to zip it on my own. Just after my first day of wearing it during my workout I noticed water weight loss around my midsection. It’s breathable and moves with me without all the stiffness like other vests I’ve purchased.
