I refill toner cartridges, but sometimes I need to change the cartridge (the drum gets scratched or the toner just spills out – it's time for a replacement). I'm very satisfied and will remain so, but it's the same again. So why only 4 stars? I would give them 4.5 if I could. The instructions were good, but not perfect. To be clear, you need to remove the chip from your old cartridge and move it to the new one. Anyone complaining about this fact should spend $800 on a set of HP factory ink cartridges, read the product description, and stop hurting your stomach! If you're afraid of a little work (maybe 10-15 minutes), don't worry. I found removing my chip from an old cartridge was a little tricky, but I didn't have to use any special tools. (I understand the newer cartridges are harder to come by - it's a tool requirement.) Although I usually refill my cartridges, they were cheap enough that I might not have had to worry. I was not asked or paid for this review (although I will gladly accept a donation). This is a good product that saved me a lot of money so I would happily recommend it. While I'm not a tree lover, NOT restocking these things is a waste of money and resources. Grab some toner and find a YouTube video to find out. (Secret Tip - Use a hot glue gun to seal/seal the refill port airtight)
