Review on Rinse Ace Extra Long Quick Connect Detachable by Robin Haynes

I've had this item for two months now and absolutely love it. It works great for my shower. The tall shower head makes it difficult for me to bathe my little ones, so I needed a shower head with a long hose for that. It feels like a good durable plastic. The adapter drips a little, but not significantly, and it doesn't bother us at all. A real head has three settings and a small lever behind it that allows you to adjust the strength of the water flow. Overall this is a great item and just what we needed. The only problem I have and why I gave it four stars is that the wall bracket that holds the shower head doesn't fit properly in the base of the shower head. In other words, the shower head isn't securely fastened in the bracket because it doesn't fit. It's like the faucet is too small and the base of the shower head sits on top of it rather than in it. I rotated the mount to see if the bottom was up, but it still didn't work. I contacted support for a mount replacement but while they were polite they weren't much help. They said it should look like this and then they told me to try flipping it (which I already did and explained to them). So I couldn't find a replacement. I had to go to a local store and find one that fits better (because I knew I wouldn't find exactly the right fit for this item). Overall this is a good product, it was exactly what I was looking for. .
