This case fits my iPhone Pro Max perfectly. I don't understand why some reviewers had trouble opening a new case. The instructions were inside but you could read them and it was easy to open to install my phone. Additionally, some reviewers noted the presence of bubbles in the clear plastic. Yes there was, but it was a tear in the clear tape protecting the cover. All you had to do was take it off. Some thought it was cheaply made. I think it was a good price around $15.00. At this price point, you can't expect it to be made out of titanium. I've fallen on it several times, and several times onto concrete. It was about 4-5 feet tall and worked as advertised. My phone wasn't damaged at all.
