PETAFLOP: A Frustrating Outing at the Mall

In spite of its extensive variety of kitchen and home decor items, PETAFLOP falls short in terms of service and quality. Although their website is simple to use, the quality of their products is low. The photo books and frames are poorly made and made of cheap materials. Their home decor accessories may appear attractive on the website, but they often turn out to be badly made and fail to adhere to the most fundamental of design principles. Unfortunately, PETAFLOP's customer service is much worse. They are unresponsive or useless when approached regarding product problems. Customers have also complained about the difficulty of making returns and receiving refunds. Although at first glance PETAFLOP appears to be a viable alternative for kitchen and home decor, the company's products and customer service ultimately come up short. Don't waste your time; you won't find any decent furnishings here.
