From unpacking to assembly, it took about 30 minutes for one stool. The trick to assembly is not tightening the screws in the legs (step 1) until after you've assembled the support ring (step 2). Do not tighten the backup ring again until you have lined up "all" the holes with the screws. This allows all of the holes in the backup ring to be aligned. After the support ring is installed and tightened, tighten the legs. The seat and backrest are simple and easy to install. The structure is solid, the chairs are uniform without swaying and rocking. would recommend.
