Almost impossible to assemble. The holes don't line up, and unless you're very strong you won't be able to bend the legs to secure the studs. All 4 holes must match at the same time. But that's not the worst. Some of the holes are not cut correctly and the screws will not tighten. I had to retype 3 and use my screws to get it to work. In addition, 2 screws are missing. These are very high quality swivel stools (counter height)! They are heavy and all metal, with a thick faux leather seat. The color is more "bone" or ivory than white, but I moved them less than 2 feet from my bright white leather sofa and they look great next to them, especially since my counter as well as my kitchen cabinets are more of a brownish gray anyway than ivory.
