I bought these and immediately wanted to return them only because there were dark fingerprints on the cushions. I called customer service and they offered to replace them if the stains don't go away with a mild detergent. I tried wiping them and the stains just came off. Apparently someone was wearing dirty gloves during the packing process and wasn't particularly careful. THEN I live with them for about a month. The chairs creak and are very annoying! I also have issues with them banging against my granite counter if you swivel too far in your chair. That's pretty annoying too. The backrest of the chairs moves away from the frame. No kids, pets or rough use so this is disappointing. If I had to do it again I would return them. Don't get me wrong, they are absolutely beautiful and one of a kind, but I'd happily keep looking for the chairs or return them instead of having my handprints wiped.
