Bought 05/24/2020 arrived 05/28/2020. It was the perfect touch to finish off the new island my husband had just built for me. Now I can't wait to paint the cabinets. Regarding the stools: 1. Arrived very well packaged and undamaged, even with one of the three boxes ripped open on one side.2. All the equipment, details and instructions were there.3. The instructions were clearly simple and very easy to follow. It took about 30 minutes to assemble the first one and then about 20 minutes for the other two without having to re-read the instructions. (A congregation - a 54-year-old woman). I could have waited for my husband to get home from work but I was so excited I couldn't wait to see her on my island). Suggest finding a better tool as there are a lot of screws and the allen wrench has such a short 'handle' that I had to wear a soft glove (I used a snow glove) to tighten the screws. My husband had the best puff tool again, I was like a kid on Christmas morning and didn't want to wait.4. The stools are strong and very comfortable. As you can see they are the perfect size. These are stools with a seat height of 26 inches. The thickness of the pillow is about 2 inches. As they only arrived and assembled yesterday, May 28th, I can only speak of their anticipation over time. My husband and I sat on it for dinner and they were very comfortable. The bottom ring was the perfect height for the footrest and a great width and shape (square) as it didn't hurt my bare feet.6. I couldn't believe I was willing to pay such a high price and wish they cost a lot less for bar stools but I'm so glad I found them. ADDED NOTES: 6/2/2021 - Bought 3 more in December. 2020, put bigger legs on the dining table and now I have my dream dining set.
