It's definitely bigger on the inside!
I am 5'7" and wear a 16/18 - Im hour glass shaped but after having children I have some weight in my stomach area.
But this fits almost perfectly! I say almost because the space in the crotch is much longer than my torso, but that makes it perfect for those who are taller!So if you're concerned that it won't fit because it's one size then you should take a chance! It has plenty of room and is very comfortable - love it!
