We bought two of these for our home and business. It was possible 5 months ago and both DVRs are still working very well. The photos are very good. When we first installed it, it was a bit difficult to figure out how to use it. But you know, not every new one is that easy to understand. We called their customer service and asked them questions about this new DVR. And their technician was very patient to answer any questions and helped us to know how to use it and connect our DVR to our cellphone. So we think this is a good security system if you need it. And you can find a real person to ask a question and get help, not just an answering machine.
