Overall I'm happy with this as there are no issues with other phone holders I've had. All connections can be tightened so the phone doesn't start to dangle or change position while driving. It stays securely on the suction cup. I'm rating 4/5 stars because of the design of the side clips. Regardless of how I attach my Turbo 2, the buttons on the right side (power, volume up, and down) can be pressed with one of the clips. I can get around this by mounting the phone high up in the cradle (so the large clip is just below the buttons), but you need to be aware of that.
