This item works exactly as I expected. It comes with all the parts needed for installation except screwdriver, drill and drill bits. You can use the wrench provided, but I would recommend getting a ratchet and socket so you can install lag bolts into wall studs faster and with less stress. It was easy to install and the fact that the manufacturer supplied a spirit level with individual parts made the installation a lot easier. The only thing I could add is that it would be beneficial if the manufacturer could somehow supply a spike finder as part of the kit. Overall I am very impressed with how easy the installation was and how easy it was to mount the TV to the brackets and attach the brackets to the wall mount. The device arrived on the day of dispatch or earlier with other peacefully ordered parts from various manufacturers and was well packaged.
