I bought a budget 7 inch sat nav with backup camera. When the unit arrived it was boxed with everything I needed to install it. The instructions that came with the GPS were a bit sparse, but the reseller provided an updated manual (which I assume this company took the time to interpret and write themselves). which was clear and complete. how to update maps online (I'm old, technology doesn't come naturally to me!), I sent a quick email to the provider and received a reply the same day which cleared my confusion. The product works. GREAT and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy knowing that the seller supports the product!
