I was very let down by the quality and support from KEMEI.
As a regular consumer of personal care items, I was eager to try KEMEI's shaving and waxing products. However, I was let down by the quality of their offerings. The tools were of poor quality and failed to deliver the results advertised. In addition, I found their customer support to be poor and unresponsive when I contacted them. Therefore, if you are searching for dependable and efficient grooming equipment, I would not suggest KEMEI's products.
