I love the idea of this aftercare suit and I'm giving it two stars because the idea is so good AND because I'll be using it for another week. My dog was spayed and the vet wanted her to wear a cone for about a week - HA! There's no chance she'll leave the cone and that would be counterproductive - she was to be kept "calm" and "not very active" this week and the cone would infuriate her. So glad I found it online and ordered it right away. I slipped it on as soon as it arrived and quickly found that like the other commenter I had to cross my ties to keep it on its feet. It doesn't matter much. Dog fashion is what it is, and I understand that thirty bucks doesn't come with made-to-measure clothing. And on the other hand, she can use it to go to the toilet (both ways) without getting her clothes dirty. However, for thirty bucks, I was NOT expecting this thing to be inherently disposable. In a week, when it's fully healed, you'll just have to throw it away because it's all falling apart! After a day of wearing, there are three holes in different seams. I just hope it lasts a week now.
