The ability to see who is accessing my website, when they accessed it, from where etc. Also being able to link with other platforms like Salesforce or Hubspot so that I can keep track of all our leads and customers across multiple channels. Nothing really! It has been very easy for me to pick up as we have a small team but if there was more people dedicated to support would be better - currently only one member does this which isn't ideal. We were looking at different ways to manage customer data within our CRM but didn't want them to need an account set-up first. This solved that problem by giving us information about their previous interactions without needing a separate logon/password.
