Wonderful device, albeit very good. Most modern GM vehicles have a MyLink touch screen 'radio' that cannot be replaced with an aftermarket radio. Using a LOC is far from ideal in most situations, but with GM's EQ curve, adding aftermarket amps is frustrating. The factory system adds bass at low volumes and starts aggressively tightening it after about 1/2 pitch and also softens the punch (Q-factor). That means crappy sound and constant fiddling with the bass control, and the EQ.PAC comes to the rescue with this amazing device. Once you locate your factory amp, the hardest part is getting the red clips out so you can press down on the two connectors. Make sure you have a small screwdriver. Once this is done, everything will go downhill. An interesting point, your radio will NOT work with a T-harness connected unless an AMP-Pro is connected. I installed mine in my 2018 Volt. They really take care of everything on this device. , stop making further connections - Adjustable ring volume - no more over-gain ringing! - 4 channels plus center and subwoofer for a total of 6 RCA outputs - 2A remote turn-on cable for your amplifiers - Dedicated non-fading sub-channel With bass remote control! to 4v. - USB - An interface to a PC app with some great configuration options - Easy programming options using the bass remote and one button - Great instructions. The sound quality on this guy is great, I can't stress enough how much this is better than using a line out converter. It's day and night, my system came alive. I no longer dream of installing an aftermarket radio. PAC is known for doing great stuff and providing great support, but they really knocked that out of the park. UPDATE 9/11/18. After working with the PAC I got new firmware and turned on DIP switch 3 and that fixed my problem. Sound problems with AM/FM/SAT. UPDATE 09/05/18: While still great, there seems to be a few bugs in this unit and my machine. It works reliably with my USB stick, but not AM/FM/SAT. In addition, there are times when the device appears to be on, but no sound comes from the outputs. I have to turn everything off and wait for the audiobus to send a shutdown signal. However, I deal with issues and still love the device. Hopefully PAC will release a firmware update.
