I can confirm that this 10m cable transmits a 4K signal with HDR. I'm using an old HDMI cable from 2014. Not that long ago, right? The old cable worked fine and was still able to send a 4K signal from my office PC to my living room TV, but the TV screen went black when I tried to enable "HDR and enhanced color" in the Windows 10 display settings of the cable with this, and suddenly this function worked. Noticeable difference even just showing my window background. HDR looks a little softer but more realistic and doesn't try to blind you with bright white light. This cable may have a useless name (High Speed/Ultra/4K/etc) but I can attest that it backs up that claim.
