DO NOT BUY. for HDMI cable

DO NOT BUY! I ignored all the bad reviews and bought these cables to run on my living room wall. After a couple of weeks, the video started breaking off from time to time. Then, more often and even worse, the video gives way (see picture). Now they're basically useless and I have to reopen my wall and take out that junk to put up something really high quality. But hey, they sent me a replacement (because I'm dying to go through all those troubles again).

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design

These cables are not certified for HDMI and are crap.

I bought this cable thinking it would handle 4k@60Hz as advertised. The cable is not HDMI certified. After purchasing this cable I did some research on HDMI.org and found that many sellers are selling these cables as false information. If you're looking for true 4K @ 60Hz Ultra HD connectivity via HDMI, it should be accepted that the manufacturer is selling the right specs. For a list of authorized retailers, see the current hdmi.org page. Save money, make sure your component can handle what…

Warning: does not work with 4k content

I had a 1080p receiver connected to a 1080p TV with this cable for about a year and it worked great, last week I upgraded my TV to a 4k model (LG OLED65C7P) and everything was fine still good ( 1080p signal to a new 4k TV). This week I upgraded my receiver to a 4K receiver (Denon X4300H) and was sending 4K content over cable for the first time, resulting in constant clipping, snow on the screen and not working at all. I ran a new cable (a giant PITA through the walls) and at 4k everything was…

It works great for what I need it for. 50 foot beauty. So I use it to connect to a computer across the room to record gameplay on video. So far I haven't encountered any problems. Anyway, it's so cheap that I'll be happy if it lasts a year. It appears to be very thick and strong, and was designed to go inside walls to feed long distances. I've uploaded a few photos so you can get an idea. I have purchased other bluerigger items and could not be happier. Here's a handy tip: the weight of the…

Not HDMI certified and potentially unusable

This 15ft HDMI cable cannot carry a 4K/60Hz signal when using an Optoma UHD50 UHD projector and UHD Blu-ray or Xbox One X supports a different input that handles 4K/30Hz, which is said to be not UHD, meaning the cable will only work as HDMI 1.4. I tried to return the cable after 7 days and for some reason it wasn't eligible for a return. Multiple HDMI certified cables will work with the same configuration. No problem as I used it to stream videos from my 2017 MacBook while sitting on the couch.

Pros
  • Highest support and durability ratings from testers
Cons
  • Loudness

I can confirm that this 10m cable transmits a 4K signal with HDR. I'm using an old HDMI cable from 2014. Not that long ago, right? The old cable worked fine and was still able to send a 4K signal from my office PC to my living room TV, but the TV screen went black when I tried to enable "HDR and enhanced color" in the Windows 10 display settings of the cable with this, and suddenly this function worked. Noticeable difference even just showing my window background. HDR looks a little softer but…

Need 50ft HDMI? This is the cable you need to buy!

Everything I've read on the web says I would need an HDMI Booster, Splitter, Repeater or Active HDMI Cable to get HDMI working at 50ft. I took the opportunity to try this cable for the first time and it works perfectly for less than half the price of an active HDMI cable. I tested as many settings as possible and they all work! All these settings work: - Monitor computers. - From computer to TV. - Computer, that 50ft cable to a power distribution box split into a TV and a monitor. Then I really

Amazing initial quality with long term reliability issues.

BlueRigger HDMI cables in various lengths. In general, they may not meet the advanced standards of more expensive cables, but they work well for most people. I myself have used them for old game consoles connected to a regular 4K TV and to connect my laptop to this TV. However, my issue with them and the reason for the two star rating is that each of my BlueRigger HDMI cables has had issues, to the point that I no longer use them. There is a brief issue where I lose a frame, but if I wiggle the

50 footers Runs at 1080p; Not sure about 4K.

PREVIEW: I needed a 50ft HDMI cable with 4K output support from my OPPO UDP-205 to my LG 4K TV and I needed it the same day. More on that later: Sending a 4K signal over a 50ft cable is definitely a gamble, although there are cables that can do it for a higher price. Now there is a difference between a cable that "supports 4K" and a cable that actually supports 4K. For simplicity, any player connected to a display device such as a TV or projector uses the display device's EDID to determine the…

We love Blue Rigger HDMI cables!

We have several Blue Rigger HDMI cables in our family ranging in length from 6ft to 25ft. We have had Blue Rigger HDMI cables since April 2013 and have never had a problem with them. They deliver crystal clear, sharp images with beautiful colors and amazing sound. We purchased this 6ft HDMI cable from Blue Rigger to connect our Roku 2XS to our 42" RCA flat screen TV. This cable is a 4K 60Hz HDR HDCP 2.2 high speed 18Gbps cable. We use Roku 2XS to stream multiple channels including Tubi, Revain…
