Everything I've read on the web says I would need an HDMI Booster, Splitter, Repeater or Active HDMI Cable to get HDMI working at 50ft. I took the opportunity to try this cable for the first time and it works perfectly for less than half the price of an active HDMI cable. I tested as many settings as possible and they all work! All these settings work: - Monitor computers. - From computer to TV. - Computer, that 50ft cable to a power distribution box split into a TV and a monitor. Then I really tried to break it - I used a display port to HDMI adapter. then this cable for all the above settings and they all work great! Attached is a picture of a Display Port to HDMI adapter that then connects a 50 foot HDMI cable to a splitter that splits into a TV and monitor. The craziest setup I could think of and it works great. (It's disabled so I can get a picture but when plugged in it works great) TL; DR: This 50ft HDMI cable will work
