It was very crushed, but after thorough kneading and tumble drying for 5 minutes, it quickly revealed its full potential. It's so soft I use it as a pillow at night. I have the biggest good decision to be honest. If you are considering a purchase, this is your sign to do so. The price isn't bad compared to some other brands I've seen. Also, I bought it for myself (I'm a student) as quarantine took away from me so it's suitable for all ages in my mature opinion.
